You'll learn directly from TRG Arts consultants and clients about our approach, receive custom data analysis to benchmark your organization, as well as discuss what's working for you in peer-to-peer conversations.

Who should attend

What attendees are saying

“I find that I return to many of the concepts and ideas presented in the summit in my work at Steppenwolf. Your passion and focus on professional development, on taking care of my mental health along with the health of Steppenwolf, has lead me to a burgeoning meditation practice, and I have found myself in conversation with other attendees over the course of the year. It was a great use of my time and I would recommend it to anyone.”

David Schmitz, Executive Director, Steppenwolf Theatre Company

"This was a brilliant experience. A terrific blend of strategic and practical. The experience has changed the way I will look at my data and how I use it to act."

Royal Scottish National Orchestra, UK

100% of 2016 Executive Summit participants said that they had learned something strategic that will change the way they lead.

What to Expect

Each summit includes the following structure, with session content customized each time, including a guest presenter who has demonstrated ability to lead their organization toward a more patron-centric approach with corresponding revenue results.
