Does Insights integrate with my Ticketing System?

Currently, Insights integrates directly with the following ticketing platforms: AudienceView Unlimited, Eventbrite, Patron Manager, Spektrix, TicketSolve and Tessitura 

We’re actively working to expand compatibility and integrate with additional ticketing systems in the future. If your system isn’t listed yet, please register your interest—our team will keep you updated as new integrations become available.

How quickly can I start using Insights once I sign up?

Good news! Many clients can access Insights within just a few hours of signing up. The timeline primarily depends on whether you already have a Daily Data Extractor (DDX) set up. 

If you already have a DDX: We can typically enable your tools within hours of completing your signup. 

If you need to set up a DDX: Setup times vary based on your system: 

  • For SQL-based systems: You'll need to install and configure the DDX locally 
  • For web/API-based systems: You'll need to enable specific permissions in your ticketing/CRM system 

While some clients complete this setup in as little as a day, others may take longer depending on your team's availability and technical priorities. Our support team will guide you through every step of the process to help you get up and running as quickly as possible. 

Tip: Setting aside time for your ticketing / CRM system manager to complete the initial configuration can significantly accelerate your access to Insights.

Is Insights easy to use if I’m not a data expert?

Yes, absolutely! Insights was specifically built with arts professionals in mind, not just data specialists. We know you're busy, so we've designed easy-to-navigate dashboards, clear visual reports, and intuitive tools that translate complex data into actionable steps with no data expertise required.  

How does Insights help me grow my audience and revenue?

Is Insights available in my region?

Insights is currently only available for arts and cultural organizations based in North America.   

UK organisations – while Insights isn’t yet available, UK organisations can access Purple Seven tools to help you collect, analyse, and visualise key metrics, supporting your team take informed action to grow revenue. 

What data do I need to have in place to get started with Insights?

To fully benefit from Insights immediately, we recommend having approximately four seasons of historical ticketing and donation data. Specifically, to use each tool effectively, you’ll ideally have: 

  • Events Analysis: No specific historical data required; you can begin using this immediately. 
  • Single Ticket Tracker: At least two years of historical event data to accurately generate demand curves. 
  • Subscription Tracker: Three complete seasons of subscription sales data, plus your current subscription season. 
  • Donations Tracker: Three complete campaign years, plus the current year's donation campaign data. 

If you’ve recently transitioned between systems and didn’t migrate historical data, Insights can still be valuable. You'll gain immediate access to event-level analysis, and as your data accumulates over time other features will become fully effective. Many clients in this situation start with a lower-tier license and upgrade later once they've accumulated the necessary historical data. 

How secure is my data in Insights?

Your data is in safe hands! 

We encrypt your data before transferring it from your system to our servers, which are hosted in ISO-certified data centers. Our security approach ensures your data is protected at every stage: 

  • Safe during transfer: All data is encrypted while moving between systems 
  • Safe while stored: UK-based secure data centers with strict physical access controls 
  • Safe from unauthorized access: Individual user accounts with automatic security measures 

We maintain comprehensive logs of all system activity and our team follows industry best practices for data security. For added protection, please use strong, unique passwords when accessing your account. 

How often is data updated in Insights?

The DDX runs overnight, every night, meaning the data in your Insights tools should be no more than a day old. 

Can multiple people on my team use Insights simultaneously?

Yes! We don’t have a limit on the number of users that can access the tools. 

What type of support and training is provided when I get started with Insights?

When you start with Insights, you'll receive onboarding support via email to help you get up and running quickly. Additionally, you'll have access to live training webinars to ensure you feel confident using all the features effectively.
