Learn from Listening: How to Use the Net Promoter System

The 2-step customer feedback system to transform your organization.

Reserve Your Spot
At Learn from Listening, we'll give you an exclusive look "behind the curtain" as we teach you how to use the Net Promoter System ... the two-question survey that will transform your organization.

Why is this important? Because we have found that there are two types of organizations:

  1. Some maintain the status quo and make assumptions about their customers' wants and needs.
  2. Others collect feedback from their customers and transform their organizations.

Let's be honest - If you're not collecting and adapting to customer feedback, your organization will never reach its full potential. But if you listen? The results will transform your organization AND your community in a positive way.

This workshop is for directors and managers in a marketing, development, or box-office role at an arts and cultural organization.
