Katie Hey joined TRG Arts in 2021. A UK ex-pat now based in Minneapolis, MN, Katie brings more than a decade of sales and fundraising experience to the role of Consulting Analyst. Using data as a road map, Katie works hand-in-hand with clients to maximize revenue in support of the overall organizational mission. She enjoys balancing industry best practices with creative experiments to drive the greatest impact.
Before joining TRG Arts, Katie led fundraising efforts at the internationally recognized Playwrights' Center, and the Guthrie Theater. Katie holds a Master's in Drama and Theater Studies from the University of Kent, Canterbury.
Brooke Horejsi has over 25 years of experience in the field of creativity set off by an accidental discovery of a passion for the arts through a college class she took to fulfill a liberal arts requirement. Horejsi has BA degrees in Spanish, English and Theater, a MA in Arts Administration, and she has held management positions with both commercial and non-profit theater companies. Additionally, Brooke has worked in multi-disciplinary, campus-based presenting, most recently as the Assistant Dean for Art & Creative Engagement & Executive Director of UtahPresents at the University of Utah. Currently a Senior Consultant with TRG Arts, an international change agency committed to building thriving arts and cultural organizations, she has also served as adjunct faculty, grant panelist, advisor, and board member.
Having acquired a complicated Czech last name, Brooke cannot pronounce it with linguistic accuracy, but she does manage to spell it correctly 98.5% of the time.
