What attendees are saying
“I came to the Executive Summit whilst undertaking interim Chief Executive support for the Royal & Derngate, where I had previously been the Director of Marketing & Sales. In preparing for the Summit, I entered the days feeling adamant that I was going only going to be providing some short-term leadership. However, I left the Summit actually understanding that my style of leadership might be very welcome on the longer term in our venue.
All the doses of inspiration and examples of brilliant leadership during the Summit gave me a lot of confidence to position myself during the interview process as the new Chief Executive, and I’m really grateful for that.
As our relationship continues with TRG Arts, my team and I are feeling brilliantly supported by the UK consulting team and enthusiastically look forward to continuing our collaboration.”
Jo Gordon, Chief Executive, Royal & Derngate (Northampton, UK)
“I find that I return to many of the concepts and ideas presented in the Summit in my work at Steppenwolf. Your passion and focus on professional development, on taking care of my mental health along with the health of Steppenwolf, has lead me to a burgeoning meditation practice, and I have found myself in conversation with other attendees over the course of the year. It was a great use of my time and I would recommend it to anyone.”
David Schmitz, Executive Director, Steppenwolf Theatre Company (Chicago, USA)
"This was a brilliant experience. A terrific blend of strategic and practical. The experience has changed the way I will look at my data and how I use it to act."
Royal Scottish National Orchestra (UK)
100% of 2016 Executive Summit participants said that they had learned something strategic that will change the way they lead.
