How do I set up a single ticket tracker?

1. Start from the Events Overview

Locate the event you want to track.

Click the bar chart icon, then select “Set up Tracker.”

 
2. Enter Sales Targets
- 
Input your single-ticket sales goals in units and revenue.
 - 
The system will automatically calculate your per-capita revenue goal.
 - 
Indicate how many seats you’re holding back for subscribers.
 
3. Choose a Demand Curve
- 
In the top section, select your expected sales velocity—the pattern your sales are likely to follow over time.
 - 
Demand curves that are greyed out have not been historically observed in your organization’s sales data.
 - 
Events with early demand are listed at the top, while those with late demand appear at the bottom.
 
Note: You can change this later as more data becomes available.
4. Set Your New Customer Expectations ⚡
Choose the proportion of new customers you anticipate.

Note: This setting is flexible and can be updated anytime.
5. Save and View Your Tracker

Click Save Configuration to complete setup.
 - 
You’ll be taken directly to your newly populated Single Ticket Tracker, where you can begin analyzing sales trends and performance.
