When you create a new subscription tracker, it is saved as a "Subscription Project". To access all projects, click the "Project" button in the top right corner of your tracker.
From there, you can add a new project and choose which project's tracker you'd like displayed by checking the "Active Project" button.
To edit an existing project, click its name. You will then see the following screen:

To navigate back to your projects or current tracker, you can use the 🔙 buttons on the top left of your screen.
