Beginning March 2021, we’ll meet monthly for half-day sessions that combine research and provocations from TRG’s CEO Jill Robinson, with dedicated work time to address the biggest issues and opportunities on your horizon.
You’ll be here with peers. Leaders who are inspired and are inspiring the field to be better, stronger and more resilient than ever before. You’ll have regular time every month to connect with your cohort, in both structured and unstructured settings.
We’ll be deeply rooted in Agility. In the best of times, most organizations come up short. We rely on routines and “tried and true” processes. 2020 forced us (welcomed us?) into different ways of working—in 2021, we want to design and commit to agile practices to support you, as a leader, and your entire team.
The second half: we’ll shift our focus to Alignment. Bringing every member of your team and key stakeholder groups into alignment around your organization’s plan for the next season(s), will be paramount to your success in 2022.
In addition to our half-day sessions, we'll have one additional (shorter) meeting to more deeply explore and reflect on your work around personal resiliency and EDI, or just connect with each other to trouble-shoot, question, and solicit outside perspectives.
