Renewals and Upgrades

Leveling Up Donor Relationships in Your Annual Fund Campaign Reserve Your Spot

What’s the secret to a razzle-dazzle annual fund campaign? It’s focused attention on renewing and upgrading donor gifts year-over-year. But it’s not just about getting more money from a donor base; it’s about enhancing your relationship with your donors.

In Renewals and Upgrades, we’ll teach you how to build the essential steps for effectively renewing and enlarging gifts for a win-win relationship.

In this workshop, attendees will:

  • Understand why this should be a strategic focus.
  • Learn to identify which data points uncover the best leads to see future ROI.
  • Outline a campaign plan targeting mid-level donors.

This workshop is for mid-level managers and directors of a development team in the arts and cultural industry.
