Goals and structure help you take organized notes, and make sure you are giving everyone the equal opportunities to share what’s on their mind. If you’re going to set out on a listening tour yourself, set some goals by asking these three questions;

Who do you need to speak with? What do you want to challenge yourself to do? What are you able to change?
